n this part of Doctor Dolittle they finally arrive and start to help the monkeys. The King has not been able to reach them before they get to the Land of the Monkeys so they are safe. Doctor Dolittle sets up a tent to vaccinate the monkeys who are not sick and another tent for those who are sick. He gets help and works endlessly to make everyone better.

Doctor Dolittle and some of his animals are on their way to Africa in part 3 of The Story of Doctor Dolittle. When they get near the equator some of the animals are loving the heat while others are sitting in the shade drinking lemonade. Some animals come to greet them to see if this is the famous Doctor Dolittle finally arriving to help the monkeys and they are happy to see it is. When they land in Africa though the King does not feel the same way about their arrival.

In Doctor Dolittle part two the doctor is very happy helping the animals and does not like to send any away. This starts to cause problems as some of the animals scare the people who bring their pets and all of a sudden there are no more people coming to see him. This means no money to live on and this is a problem. The animals talk about how they can help with this problem.

The Story of Doctor Dolittle is the first part in a new story that we are going to share with you. In this part we are going to meet Doctor Dolittle and find out all about it. When the story begins Doctor Dolittle is a famous doctor in the town where he lives but as we learn more we find out that people refuse to come and see him anymore because of all the animals he has at his house. When Polynesia, his parrot, suggests he become an animal doctor everything starts to change.
